Teach. Give Back. Grow.

Teach. Give Back. Grow.

We coordinate turnkey, bilingual workshops for employers, schools, and community groups in the Rio Grande Valley. You bring licensed expertise; we place you in front of engaged audiences. Workshops are education‑only—no selling in the room. For participants who later request 1:1 help, we route introductions through the host (consent‑based, outside the session).

Why Join

  • We do the logistics: Scheduling, host coordination, invitations/reminders, materials guidelines, attendance recaps.
  • Bilingual reach: Regular opportunities across Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr, Willacy counties (McAllen, Brownsville, Harlingen, Edinburg, Mission).
  • Compliance‑first: Clear guardrails—no solicitation in-session, no lead capture; consent‑based follow‑ups via the host.
  • Thought leadership: Build credibility by teaching practical content that helps families right away.
  • Pipeline—done right: Some attendees will request 1:1 conversations after the workshop (outside the event). We’ll explain the revenue options during onboarding.

What Presenters Do

  • Deliver neutral education (45 min + 15 min Q&A).
  • Use our plain‑language slides/handout framework (customizable; EN/ES).
  • Show up prepared, on time, and follow no‑pitch rules.
  • Provide a brief session recap (Q&A themes) after each event.

We Handle

  • Placement & scheduling with RGV employers, schools, and community groups.
  • Host logistics (room/Zoom, reminders, materials distribution).
  • Content QA (readability, Texas‑specific accuracy, EN/ES).
  • Compliance guardrails and post‑session reporting back to the host.

Presenter Requirements

  • Active Texas license for your topic (Life/Health, FINRA and/or P&C).
  • Good standing; E&O coverage recommended.
  • Commit to no solicitation/no lead capture during sessions.
  • Comfortable presenting bilingually or with a bilingual co‑presenter.
  • Agree to consent‑based follow‑ups routed via the host.

How 1:1 Works

  • During the workshop: no quotes, no applications, no data capture.
  • After the workshop: Employees/students who want help opt in through their employer/school.
  • The host asks for an intro → we connect them to you for a separate, private meeting.
  • Compensation (if any) comes from that separate 1:1 client relationship, outside the workshop.
  • Want details? Contact us for onboarding and the revenue playbook.
In session—no. Education only. Product conversations happen only if a participant later requests a 1:1 through the host.
No leads are captured in session. Post‑session introductions are host‑approved and participant‑initiated.
It helps. We’ll pair you with a co‑presenter if needed.
Yes—EN/ES frameworks you can customize (we QA for accuracy and readability).
Across the RGV and virtually (McAllen, Brownsville, Harlingen, Edinburg, Mission, and surrounding areas).
